Shipping policy

 

All postage charges include postage and handling.

I endeavour to dispatch all orders within 72 hours of order being placed and paid for by PayPal, this may vary over weekends and public holidays. If you need it urgently, please notify me with a message on the order or via facebook only.

Orders paid via bank deposit will be despatched once payment has cleared into our account.

We only offer postage tracking on all orders. We have had to make this decision due to changes that Australia Post have implemented.

All orders are sent in a satchel to minimise possible damage from the weather etc.

We offer both standard and express shipping:   

Standard postage is $13.00 (tracking included)
Express postage is $16.00 (tracking included)
